Here's a review for a great computer based curriculum. We LIKE it! My eldest son says "I like the themes, the links within the lessons, the spelling and vocabulary games, and the problems with the timed racecar." What he doesn't like about it is this: you have to have exact spellings when you type in the answers, including correct capitalization. (Which is why Mommy likes it!) Oh, he also wanted me to tell you that he likes having his very own password to log in! (He enjoys having a "lock" (of sorts) on his lessons, so the littles can't mess with any of his work!)
Downside, it's a bit pricey. We actually got ours secondhand at about 1/3 of the cost. So it was a huge blessing for our busy and large family. You can check out the program at www.aop.com (alpha omega publications).
Another plug for that free typing program I have listed...it's great and my boys use correct typing "placement" of fingers to fill in answers on the computer. Woo Hoo!

WELCOME
Hello! I am thrilled you are here! . I hope this will be a blessing and valued resource to you, your family, and friends.
I've started a list of products with "tried and true" large family recommendations. Everything listed will not work for every family, but hey, if I can save someone else the time of searching the web for all these resources, then it would be worth it.
For homeschooling families, I will post links to sites for all types of subjects, resources, and curriculum. Once again, most of these links will be particular favorites that have been successful for our family, or for other homeschool families. Remember, “tried and true” will be our mantra!
Remember that I constantly update links, add links and categories ALL THE TIME. Also, if you don't see a favorite link that you LOVE, post it here in a link and I will get it uploaded.
