The Caffeine Patch

Seriously, I sometimes really wish there was such a thing. (Remember from "Meet the Robinsons"?) Or is there and I just don't know about it?

Well, it looks like the big project hubby was working on is over, so now we've just got to catch up on sleep and practice speaking sweetly to everyone even though we're dead tired.

I hope you have been enjoying the links to the many homeschool and homemaking websites I've been posting. I really love sharing the fun stuff! By the way, we use the typing link on a daily basis. It's THAT good.

I have to say that I've not been totally pleased with the ads on my blog...I've had a little trouble getting ads appropriate to my site...so bear with me if you see some "single's chat" ad. I'm WORKING on that.

In fact, I'm still figuring out all this set up stuff. It can get a bit confusing and overwhelming. This provider (blogger.com) is more manageable than other sites, but there's SO much you can do...and I want to learn as much as possible!

OK, I have to put in a plug for the curriculum we just started this year with the boys. It's called Switched on Schoolhouse, and for the most part, it's been great for us. The boys LOVE anything to do with the computer, and they've really really loved the history and language sections. It's been a lifesaver for our family and I'm so happy that we found it!

Alright, that's it for now. I'll be posting some more links later. PLEASE let me know if you've used a link and it's been helpful to you! I need to see some comments, folks!

Thanks a bunch!

WELCOME

Hello! I am thrilled you are here! . I hope this will be a blessing and valued resource to you, your family, and friends.

I've started a list of products with "tried and true" large family recommendations. Everything listed will not work for every family, but hey, if I can save someone else the time of searching the web for all these resources, then it would be worth it.

For homeschooling families, I will post links to sites for all types of subjects, resources, and curriculum. Once again, most of these links will be particular favorites that have been successful for our family, or for other homeschool families. Remember, “tried and true” will be our mantra!

Remember that I constantly update links, add links and categories ALL THE TIME. Also, if you don't see a favorite link that you LOVE, post it here in a link and I will get it uploaded.
